Handhelds – we all know of them, right? The waitress at the restaurant uses one, as do parcel service or security staff. Whoever works at a point of service, or is mobile and needs the support of electronic data processing, usually also has a handheld within reach.

 

And the only thing that unites the many different devices? It must be at hand, ready for action. But even then, usability varies.

 

When we began our journey with Quipos Solutions we asked ourselves: does the world really need just another handheld? The clear answer was no. But it does need one that truly supports, one that really understands service, one that makes its users truly independent.

 

And so… a new beginning. Not reinvent the wheel, but inventing an entirely new one.
